1. Pay attention to diet.
Pick your food which is good for teeth, such as: rice, peas, beans, etc., Phosphorus contained in these foods can form a buffer system, prevent oral from excessive acidification and enamel damaging. Do not eating too cold, too hard or too sweet as well as the acidic food. Because these foods can cause teeth discomfort. Drink more water can help to cleaning the mouth.

2. Carbonated drinks
Do not drink or drink less carbonated drinks, such as: Coke, or some kind of sports drinks, which contain a variety of organic acids, and these organic acids can decompose calcium, and then erode to the teeth, resulting in enamel damage.

3. Choose the right toothbrush
Although the hard bristle toothbrush cleaning effect is good, but hard bristle toothbrush frequently used will not only damage tooth enamel, but also make shade of the teeth easy to turn yellow.
